The stages a project goes through

Planning & Design

Design Development: Creating detailed architectural and engineering designs, including blueprints and specifications.

Permits and Approvals: Obtaining necessary permits and approvals from local authorities and regulatory bodies.

Pre-Construction

Project Planning: Developing a detailed project plan, including timelines, schedules, and resource allocation.

Budgeting & Financing: Establishing a project budget and securing financing.

Contracting: Selecting contractors and subcontractors, and finalizing contracts.

Procurement: Ordering and purchasing materials, equipment, and other resources needed for the project.

Construction

Site Preparation: Clearing the site, excavating, and preparing the foundation.

Building Construction: Erecting the structure, including framing, roofing, and exterior work.

Systems Installation: Installing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other essential systems.

Interior Work: Completing interior finishes such as flooring, painting, and fixtures.

Post-Construction

Inspections and Testing: Conducting final inspections and testing systems to ensure they meet standards and regulations.

Punch List: Identifying and rectifying any issues or deficiencies before project completion.

DOOR WORK

Specialised in new installation for wooden doors, aluminium doors, metal gates, aluminium windows & grilles, and minor renovation works.

HACKING WORK

Removal of any existing columns, beams, floor tiles, built-in carpentry work, slabs, walls, furniture as well as any other types of built-up structures.

PAINTING WORK

Engage us to paint indoor or external surfaces on a one-off, call down or cyclical basis, including ongoing maintenance and remedial works.

CARPENTRY WORK

We provide cutting, shaping and installation of wood for buildings and structures.

FLOORING WORK

We are able to install a permanent covering of a floor, or for the work of installing any floor covering.

PLUMBING WORK

We can handle essential plumbing installations, conduct repairs, and ensure all plumbing systems operate smoothly.

MASONRY WORK

We provide masonry worrk, a construction technique that involves stacking materials, such as bricks, stone blocks or concrete blocks, on top of one another to build structures or walls.

ELECTRICAL WORK

Install, repair & maintain indoor and outdoor electrical control, wiring and lighting systems. Inspect and test electrical systems, including fuses, transformers and other appliances.

CEILING & PARTITION WORK

Responsible for the entire ceiling instillation, from fitting framework to shaping & installing ceiling panels. We also provide non-load bearing walls that separate spaces in buildings, creating a partition.

GAS & ALUMINIUM WORK

Responsible for installation & maintenance of gas utilities. Aluminium work scope covers - cut, join, combine and bend metals to form structures and products.
